Raland Group was founded in Sydney in 2011. We work as developer and head contractor across New South Wales, with a single point of responsibility for construction, subcontractor coordination, site management, quality control and certification.
Founded in 2011, Raland was built from the ground up with a strong hands-on construction focus. In its early years, the business operated as a client-side builder, delivering smaller-scale projects with a clear emphasis on quality, accountability and disciplined execution.
From these beginnings, Raland has steadily grown into a respected developer-builder, recognised for delivering successful outcomes across a diverse range of projects. As the business evolved, so too did its capability, expanding beyond construction to become a fully integrated property development and construction firm.
Today, Raland specialises in the delivery of childcare, residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across New South Wales. Our integrated model allows us to manage the entire development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility through planning strategy, joint venture structuring and development approvals, to detailed design, construction and project completion.

We can be engaged at any point — from a sketch design that needs a builder's eye, to a documented scheme that needs a fixed price, to a site with no plan at all.
Engagement models
We work with architects, developers, childcare operators and SDA providers. The contract model follows the project — a fixed lump sum for a documented scheme, early input and design & construct where the design is still moving.
